From small distribution transformers to 20-ton coils, MTM has a solution. Computer-guided wire traverse heads deliver tight, consistent windings. Winding pitch is fully adjustable and can be changed at any point in the winding process. Configurations to wind multiple coils side by side are also available.Winding speed, torque, number of wires/insulation, mandrel/coil shape and size are all to customer requirements.Typical options:
