Every MTM winding machine is individually outfitted to customer requirements. Exclusive MTM-developed software specifically designed for foil and wire winding ensure efficient performance, repeatability and simple operation. Configurations to wind multiple windings are also available.The standard configuration includes the MTM computer control system, computer-controlled guided wire traverse, tensioning brakes for the conductor and insulation dereelers, and pneumatically expanding dereeler spindles. Winding speed, torque, number of foils/wire/insulation, mandrel/coil shape and size are all to customer requirements.Typical options:
