control and top-grade components provide excellent cutting precision of
+/- 0.2mm, 0.01 degree and <20 micron burr. The shear can cut
progressive lengths of increments up to 12mm and of infinite length. The
shear table can side shift to enable a sheared stack to be segregated
laterally every X number of pieces to assist the assembler in picking up the
same number of pieces when making the wound core. An overlap function
for the last piece facilitates riveting or joining.
The standard configuration runs a typical speed of 60 pieces/min and handles core steel widths to 400mm. The auto-leveling stacking platform carries lengths to 3,000mm. Hole punching units are optional.
